Diane has 11 years of operating room experience, and 8 years of administrative experience running clinical research for the heart surgeons at Ohio State. She now has 4 years of experience running our office. She can answer your questions. She will guide you through the scheduling process, the financial aspects, and answer those little nagging questions you forgot to ask the doctor. She is my wife and I am glad to have her as a business partner. You will be glad too, as she knows a happy patient tells their friends and an unhappy patient tells everybody!

Receptionist and Office Associate
We met Sherry soon after moving to Kalispell and when our practice grew to where we needed help in the office, we recruited Sherry. It was a great decision on our part. Sherry is the voice on the phone when you call and the face that greets you at the desk when you come in. Somehow she is always happy. We have come to depend on her smile and cheer, and you will too. Now having been with us for over three years, Sherry knows the common first questions people ask, for example basic pricing, timing, recovery, wait times, etc. Call and chat with her!
Tanya Dixon
Billing and Accounting
We not only want to give personal professional service, but personal financial service too. To do this we handle all our own billing and accounting. Tanya and Diane handle this aspect of our practice.
Tanya has 8 years of experience dealing with insurance companies and their strange ways. She works part time for us and works full time for a large orthopedic practice. If all goes smoothly, you'll not likely need Tanya, but sometimes the money aspects of healthcare can be complicated.
