Financial Policies
Cosmetic Procedures
Our initial consultation fee for cosmetic issues is $100.
If the patient proceeds to have an operation, fillers, chemical peel, or Botox®, the $100 is applied to that service.
The surgical fee covers the procedure and the aftercare. Discounts are given if multiple procedures occur at the same operation. A written price quote is provided at the time of the initial consultation, which includes an estimated cost for anesthesia and the surgical facility, usually Health Center Northwest.
Full payment is expected 2 weeks prior to the procedure. Cash, personal checks, and major credit cards are accepted.
Reconstructive Procedures
Buchele Plastic Surgery, PC works with the major insurance providers in the area, including Medicaid and Medicare. Patients are required to abide by the terms of these contracts as well, including co-pays at the time of service, and annual deductible levels as appropriate. Certain procedures require prior approval by the insurance company including photos and other documentation, for example office notes from your family doctor.
